General terms and conditions of use & purchase

The website www.harvon.in is owned and operated by HARVON, a Sole Proprietorship owned by Rathod Harsh Jayantibhai, having its principal place of business at Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 380061, India.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access, browsing, and use of this Website and the purchase of products offered on it. By accessing or using this Website or placing an order, the user (“User”, “You”) agrees to be bound by these Terms along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

HARVON currently offers men’s apparel, including T-shirts. Product offerings may expand in the future.
Products purchased from HARVON are strictly for personal use only.
Commercial resale or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Bulk orders are not permitted, unless expressly approved in writing by HARVON.
Users agree not to misuse the Website, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent transactions.
4. Pricing, orders & payments
All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices are inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.
HARVON accepts the following payment modes:
Orders will be confirmed only after successful receipt of payment or confirmation of COD eligibility.
HARVON reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
5. Shipping & delivery
HARVON currently delivers within India only.
Orders are usually dispatched within the estimated timeframe mentioned on the Website. Typical delivery timelines range between 3–7 working days, depending on location.
Shipping and logistics services are fulfilled via NimbusPost and its partner courier services.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
6. Returns & exchange
HARVON offers returns and exchanges subject to eligibility.
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be:
Products failing quality checks will not be eligible for return or exchange.

7. Cancellation policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting customer support.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
