Returns & exchange policy

At HARVON, we strive to ensure that every product delivered meets our quality standards and customer expectations. This Returns & Exchange Policy outlines the conditions under which customers may request a return or exchange for products purchased from our website. By placing an order with HARVON, customers agree to the terms stated in this policy.
1. Eligibility for returns & exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused and unwashed, and in its original condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Products that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper handling will not be eligible for return or exchange.
2. Products not eligible for return or exchange
Certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene, customization, or promotional conditions. Items purchased during clearance sales, special offers, or discount campaigns may be marked as non-returnable or exchange-only. Such conditions, if applicable, will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
3. Return & exchange request process
To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact HARVON customer support within the applicable return window using the official communication channels provided on the website. Once the request is reviewed and approved, detailed instructions for returning the product will be shared. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Quality check & approval process
All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt at our facility. The return or exchange request will be approved only if the product passes the quality check. If the product does not meet the eligibility criteria, the request may be rejected, and the product may be returned to the customer without processing a refund or exchange.
5. Exchange process
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is available, it will be dispatched after the returned product passes the quality check. In case the requested size, color, or product is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product or opt for a refund, as per applicable policy.
6. Return shipping & handling
Return shipping may be arranged by HARVON or requested to be shipped by the customer, depending on the nature of the return and location. Any applicable return shipping or handling charges may be communicated during the return approval process. Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error from our side.
7. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products
If a customer receives a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, they must notify HARVON within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. Supporting images or videos may be required for verification. Upon successful verification, HARVON will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to the customer.
8. Excessive or misuse of returns
HARVON reserves the right to monitor return and exchange activity. Repeated or excessive return requests, misuse of policies, or refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may result in restrictions on future returns, exchanges, or COD availability.
9. Policy updates
HARVON reserves the right to update or modify this Returns & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being published on the website. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
