1. Shipping coverage & service area
HARVON currently offers shipping services across India only. All orders placed on our website are processed and delivered within the Indian territory. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Any future expansion of shipping services will be updated on the website accordingly.
2. Order processing & dispatch
Once an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, it is processed by our internal team. Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within a reasonable timeframe after confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. During high-demand periods, product launches, or promotional sales, order processing times may be slightly extended. Customers are notified once the order is dispatched from our facility.
3. Delivery timelines
HARVON aims to deliver orders within an estimated timeframe of 3 to 7 working days, depending on the delivery location, availability of products, and courier serviceability. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, regional restrictions, logistical delays, or unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur.
4. Logistics & courier partners
To ensure reliable and efficient delivery, HARVON uses NimbusPost and its associated courier partners for shipping orders. Orders are handed over to the courier service after dispatch, and delivery is carried out as per the courier partner’s service terms and operational capabilities. HARVON does not have direct control over courier delays once the shipment is in transit.
5. Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly mentioned at the time of checkout before payment confirmation. Any additional shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location, order value, and applicable courier charges. If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the package, or non-responsiveness, the order may be returned to the origin. In such cases, re-shipping or refund may be subject to additional charges or deductions as per applicable policies.
8. Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping address details at the time of placing an order. HARVON is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
9. Cash on delivery (COD) orders
For orders placed using the Cash on Delivery (COD) option, customers are required to pay the full order amount at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD availability for the customer. HARVON reserves the right to limit or disable COD service for certain locations or orders at its discretion.

All products are carefully packaged to ensure protection during transit. HARVON takes necessary precautions to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery and report any visible damage or discrepancies at the time of receipt.

We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue in a reasonable manner, subject to courier policies and verification processes.
