Once a return request is approved, instructions for product return will be shared. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Quality check & approval

All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt at our facility. Refunds are processed only after the product successfully passes the quality check. If the product fails to meet the return eligibility conditions, the refund request may be rejected, and the product may be sent back to the customer.

5. Refund method & timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For prepaid orders, refunds are typically initiated within a reasonable timeframe after approval and may take additional time to reflect in the customer's account, depending on the payment provider or bank. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed through bank transfer or other suitable methods, as communicated to the customer.

6. Shipping & handling deductions

Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect, damage, or an error on our part. In certain cases, return shipping charges or handling fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Exchanges

8. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they must notify HARVON within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. Supporting images or videos may be required for verification. Once verified, appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund, will be provided at no additional cost to the customer.

9. Cancellation & refund

Orders can be cancelled before shipment, in which case a full refund will be initiated. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted, and refund requests must follow the return process outlined in this policy.
